The goal of this project is to establish a research alliance for logistics and analytics in primary care and emergency services at the University of Auckland (UoA) in a longterm collaboration with the KSRI. Especially in therms of health-care-logistics most of the issues are just discussed at a regional level. Some of the main reasons which limit the implementations of projects are the general conditions in law and organisational management. Without any cooperation within the specific countries it is almost impossible to understand these kind of restrictions. Therefore a cooperation with the UoA has been setteled to run this project. 

During the two-year-activity the researchers from both institutions will work together at research questions in the field of "emergency service" and "GP Logistics". At both universtities, there will be some workshops.
