By order of the Landratsamt Waldshut the Institut of General Medicine and Interprofessional Healthcare of the University hospital of Tübingen and in cooperation with the Institut of General Medicine of the University of Schleswig-Holstein carried out an requirement analysis for the medical healthcare situation of the Landreis Waldshut. A main focus was to identify the healthcare from the local GPs (e.g. medical specialists in general medicine and specialists in internal medicin but working as GPs). Furthermore the healthcare from other medical specialists as well as the healthcare offerings from care services and pharmacies has been analysed. 

Moreover one of the main tasks was to evaluate the needs of citizens who getting ampulant healthcare and the analysis of mobiltymodells of citizens to their healthcare places. In cooperation with the KSRI Healthcare Lab, suitable locations for upcoming healthcare centers, on the base of the survey data and with the use of mathematical modells, has been identified. The goal was to ensure a reachabilty of the healthcare locations within 15 minutes for the citizens.
